BBQ Rub (Brazil)

This special BBQ blend will bring the flavors of a churrasco right to your kitchen. It incorporates traditional Brazilian flavors of ginger, coriander, and allspice and will make you feel like a cowboy from Southern Brazil. It is carefully crafted from the following local ingredients: paprika, ginger, sea sat, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, allspice, cinnamon, pepper, and chili. This rub is traditionally used on red meats, but it also goes well with chicken, pork, or veggies before grilling.
