BBQ Rub (Korea)

This unique BBQ blend is rarely found outside of Southeast Asia and incorporates traditional flavors of ginger, soy sauce, and sesame. It is carefully crafted from the following local ingredients: brown sugar, soy sauce powder, garlic, Korean sea salt, sesame seed, red pepper, black pepper, and ginger. This rub goes particularly well with white fish, chicken, and tofu. It also makes a nice dry rub on turkey or veggies before grilling.
