Magic Dust BBQ Rub (Memphis, USA)

This classic magic dust blend comes straight to you from the Home of the Blues. It is carefully crafted from the following local ingredients: paprika, cumin, garlic, mustard powder, sugar, sea salt, chili powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. For a classic Memphis dish, use as a dry or wet rub on a rack of ribs, or as a sauce on a pulled pork sandwich. This delicious seasoning blend also makes a nice dry rub on ribs, dark meat portions of chicken and turkey, fish, steak, or veggies before grilling.
